Upon my call to Transferwise I was told that conditions of my Transferwise USD account do not allow me to receive any funds from Russia. Money still sitting in the Russian bank, however, I have got charged for $250. Eventually, I had got report that Transferwise had returned money 'as client refuse to receive them'. On occasion I had to transfer $10s grand from one Russian bank to Transferwise $ account.
